1.     Order process

1.1 Making a purchase couldn’t be easier for our customers. Just browse our store, and add any items that you want to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

1.2   If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this within 48 hours. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

1.3  If you have made a mistake during your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.

1.4  If the goods you ordered have been received and are not suitable (in meaning of broken, demaged) please notify us of your wish within 24 hours after the items have been delivered. The items must not have been used, we will then request that you send the item back to us using a “signed for” Royal Mail, or parcel service.  Please ensure any original packaging is also returned and the item is not damaged( make a picture if possible). If posting, please keep  proof of postage for your records until you receive a replace of your item which will be send to you within 11 working days (usually 3 working days) . You are required to keep the item in reasonable condition. We will not refund the original carriage costs, we also reserve the right to charge for the return carriage and to charge you for any damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession. All items are imported especially for your request - if you will give up, we will charge you "importing fees" between £170 and up to £270 per item, depending on: weight, size etc...

1.5  Returning items - If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, please contact us WITHIN 24HOURS to let us know. When the item/s have been returned to us we reserve the right to check the item accordingly to our quality control inspection record which we provide prior to sending any items to our customers. You can choose to have a replacement item (exactly the same or similar if in stock)- We will send out any replacement items within 11 days to ensure that we have the item in stock. We will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement and contact you if the claim is in doubt. If you want to return an ordered item we will charge you for importing it to United Kingdom - except for UK stock. Importing fees may vary depending on weight, dimensions etc... this is the amount we will deducted before making a refund. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the courier service once it has left our premises.

Do not sign for the goods unless you are completely satisfied that no damage has occurred. If you sign for the goods without checking the item and later find damage, we will not be responsible for this and will not issue a refund.

2.     Payments

2.1  We take payments from your credit/debit card or pay pal. When we process your order we will check your card details. Goods are subject to availability.

2.2  We authorize major credit or debit card orders in 'real-time' and an e-mail will be sent to you acknowledging and detailing your order.

2.3  Payment security systems are monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year.

2.4  You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date and time you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website with VAT for each product. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT especially if we are selling our goods outside of the UK but within the EU. 
A delivery charge (if applicable), is added at the checkout process after completion of the address sections and is based on weight of the item. We do reserve the right to make an additional charge for the delivery of heavy or awkward orders, (abnormal pallet sizes/ weight) which may incur a premium fee from the courier. 
We do our best to make sure that prices displayed in our web site are correct but very occasionally an error may occur. If this happen, we will correct the price and will contact with you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we will be not able to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error. 

2.5  We will send you an invoice with your goods or as a PDF file to your e-mail address you used when making your purchase.

3.     Delivery

3.1  We aim to deliver most of the items displayed on the web site within 5 working days in the UK and up to 11 working days within the EU, however if the item is large or heavy delivery will be up to 21 working days. Special orders (special customer requests, non standard engines etc...) up to 6 weeks.

3.2  A signature will be required as proof of delivery.

3.3  We aim to hold stock of all items illustrated on our website. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery time may be extended (bank holidays, large heavy items, weather condition etc…).  will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

3.4  There may be unforeseen circumstances under which it is not possible for us to supply a product at all. If this occurs, it may be necessary for us to cancel orders for that product. We will refund or cancel your payment, but we can't accept liability for any other loss or damage arising as a result.

3.5  Machinery will be send via our parcel pallet service, costs may vary depending on dimensions, weight, etc..., and are different for each machine. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding this. Our usual (not guaranteed) charges are: 100-250kg within UK £50-£60 GBP,   250-350KG standard pallet £55-£65GBP within the UK,   350-550KG   £65-£85GBP standard pallet within the UK,    over 600KG please ask for individual price.    PLEASE READ THIS Carefully. If you do return an item, we charge you for importing it to United Kingdom. Importing fees may vary depending on weight, dimensions etc... please read 1.4   and 1.5

3.6  Do not sign for the goods unless you are completely satisfied that no damage has occurred. If you sign for the goods without checking the item and later find damage, we will not be responsible for it. 

Any damages should be noted on the consignment note of the driver. You can do this by writing "DAMAGED" on the driver’s delivery sheet, or in the box where you sign on a PDA. "Unchecked" will not be accepted by us or the carrier.
Any shortages or damages must be notified to us within 24 hours or we will not be held responsible.
Every precaution is taken to ensure safe arrival, however, damages do occur from time to time. We ask you to check everything thorough out as you are responsible for checking the goods as they arrive. As soon as the parcel is signed for, we are no longer responsible for it (with regards to claiming for damages).

4. Refusal of transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any items from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content of this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any item from this website whether that item has been sold or not.

5. Warrenty

The warranty does not cover:
1. replacement of wearing parts in a natural way (including parts and consumables) for example. contactors, fuses, spindles, axles, joints, gaskets, seals, O-rings, oil seals, pumps, coolant, limit switches, thermal protection (etc.), bearings, power cables , grinding wheels and cutting, wire drive, tool holders, drill bits, chisels, oils, lubricants, power supplies, etc.
2. damage caused by lightning or the fault voltage installations.
3. damage resulting from overloading the equipment caused by excessive and / or improper operation
4. incorrect connection of power supply systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)

6. Your Privacy 
At , your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit/debit card information and your email address. We use this information to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about your order.
